Project Engagement Process

The general process of our engagement would involve:

  • Testing and Delivery: Quality assurance and project delivery
  • Support Period: Post-delivery support as agreed

Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

  • Present proper and comprehensive project requirements
  • Provide required content, materials and access credentials in time
  • Feedback and approvals Within the agreed timeframes, respond to requests of feedback and approvals
  • Pay as per the agreed period
  • Observe intellectual property rights and licensing

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  • The project proposal will contain project costs
  • The time line of payments is dependent on the size and complexity of the project
  • The suspension of work may be caused by late payments
  • There can be extra charges on the late payments

Innovation and Intellectual Property Rights

The ownership of intellectual property is established in the following way:

  • On full payment, clients will get the ownership of custom code and content
  • TechVersy reserves the right to our proprietary tools, frameworks and methodologies
  • The third party elements are still under their corresponding license
  • We can present finished projects in our portfolio unless we are expressly limited to it

Project Schedule and Implementation.

The estimates used to develop project timelines are:

  • Complexity and scope of the project
  • Responsiveness of clients and feedback promptness
  • Accessibility of the necessary resources and material
  • Any alterations or extensions of the initial scope

Revisions and Changes

We have revised policy which includes:

  • The project scope also contains minor changes
  • Significant alterations can be time consuming and expensive
  • Any change to be made should be recorded and not a verbal agreement
  • Any change in scope can impact the project project delivery dates and timeline

Warranty and Support

We provide:

  • 30-day warranty of delivered work against defects
  • Technical support under warranty
  • Separate maintenance services are also offered
  • Bug fixes to problems encountered in the warranty period

Limitation of Liability

TechVersy has limited liability to

  • The amount paid to take up the particular project
  • Direct damages only, no consequential and indemnities
  • Third party service interruptions are not a liability of us
  • Loss of client data because of reasons that we cannot help

Confidentiality

We have a high level of confidentiality on

  • Any client personalities and company data
  • Project requirements and trade secrets
  • Logging accounts and passwords
  • All information that has been labeled as confidential

Termination

At the discretion of either party the agreement may be terminated:

  • Having a written notice of 30 days of continued services
  • At once through misrepresentation of contract
  • Client is also liable to make payments to work done
  • End products are subject to payments

Governing Law

These words are regulated by the laws of Pakistan. The difference will either be solved by arbitration in Sahiwal, Pakistan or by mutual consent.

Updates to Terms

These terms may be varied by us at any point in time. The changes will be explained to the active clients and published on our site with the new effective date.
